~Meet Anna Aguilera, Owner Operator~

Anna's inspiring journey began when she started working as a medical scheduler for a radiation oncology clinic. She swiftly developed strong organizational and multitasking skills, managing appointments and coordinating complex treatment schedules with precision. Anna honed her communication abilities, effectively liaising between patients, medical professionals, and insurance providers to ensure seamless care. Her passion for patient services led her to pursue a Medical Billing and Coding Certification, which opened new doors for her and allowed her to transition into a more specialized role within the clinic. With her enhanced skills, she took on greater responsibilities, such as accurately processing insurance claims and optimizing billing procedures. This advancement not only increased her confidence but also significantly contributed to the clinic's operational efficiency. After gaining experience in how the front and back end of the office worked, she took a leap of faith and founded her own company, giving birth to AguileraRCM.
